as the size and ambitions of the dao's membership grow, so too does the complexity and thus the demands its event planning and production team
while events will continue to be supported by marketing, partnership, education and other committees, the dao needs a dedicated committee to properly focus and execute
i propose that we have 3 events co-chairs:
-large, mass-marketed (quarterly)*
-local community engagement (monthly)
-member meet-ups (weekly)
*in meetings with the team, i've discussed participating as the large event co-chair for the coming term
