Team - we gave a heads up on this during the March Member Meeting and finally have the paperwork to move forward. We will need to release $5k from the Treasury to secure a retainer for legal representation. We have finally identified an attorney familiar with Texas business entity structure formation who is willing to work with us as a DAO. This has been a long process and we need to move quickly.
