I am excited to introduce the proposal to add a great company to our Partner Program, increase opportunities receiving potential delegations from new protocols looking to further decentralize with a legitimate infrastructure provider + increase revenue streams through delegation rewards.

Proposal:
• InfStones will be ATX DAO white label validator of choice for protocol delegations leveraging InfStones node infrastructure + staking services for a 50/50 revenue split on any token rewards earned
• InfStones will join as official partner of the ATX DAO Partner Network
• InfStones will provide 1 year free ETH staking promo code to all ATX DAO members for free with additional opportunities for future event attendees
• ATX DAO + InfStones will promote partnership via shared marketing over twitter
• InfStones is open to sponsoring our Permissionless event or another side event during this time if feasible

Financial Impact:
• There will be no direct financial implications for the DAO. I believe there is only potential upside in this proposal.
• Revenue implications from our 50/50 split of rewards could become potentially meaningful (~$1-3K/yr in bear market to ~$5-10K/yr+ in bull market) if we are able to establish ourselves as active participants in protocols + earn the right to become early genesis validators in new protocols before their mainnet launches.
• The above revenue predictions are conservative estimates and depend on several factors including delegation size, timing of market, how early we are able to get into new protocols, etc.
• Estimated value from 1 year free ETH staking services offer from InfStones to ATX DAO members = $240/yr per offer x 210 members = $50,400 in value

Timeline
Goal is to move forward with partnership prior to Permissionless so they can also potentially extend the 1 year free ETH staking at our Permissionless event or another side event to add further value to attendance.

This gives a great baseline of value as we build out the Partner Network. Nice example of partners offering benefits directly to our members and Treasury, which will be a great reference as those conversations broaden.
I would imagine this will be residual income, so let's hope for future surprises to the upside.

Given recent discussion and the great points raised/acknowledged by @bobwith2bees @willy and @realitycrafter about de-risking the Treasury, operationally it probably makes sense to direct this residual income to a second Gnosis safe. Same place we would receive grant proceeds, as well as proceeds from Nouns-ish memberships.

As @MeganKay said, this is a great initial example for our partnership program. Less so, an example, and would be an actual beneficial partnership!

There doesn't appear to be any drawbacks by going through with this. InfStones is a reputable company that sits out of the spotlight while doing real work at the same time.

We will be gaining passive income to the Treasury with no costs added (Atleast for an amount of time).

This will further move us deeper into the crypto space by diving into blockchain nodes, which IMO, is pretty freakin' cool.

Skeptical about what potential drawbacks there are to this, as we seem to be gaining a lot from this with no cost. Maybe there aren't any.

Does this mean that ATXDAO could launch validators branded as ATXDAO that Infstones would then run (and split 50% of commissions)? That would be pretty awesome, but worth mentioning that it's hard to get into the active set for the most profitable to validate chains like Cosmos. I do like the suggestion of trying to be an early validator for promising chains' mainnet launch though. How would we decide which networks we want to launch validators on?
