ATX DAO can provide a platform where companies can share their agenda(s) with prominent Web3 members. We can also be a facilitator of connecting companies with skilled and reliable Web3 individuals.
ATX DAO SPOTLIGHT
An opportunity for companies to present their agenda in front of DAO members. The DAO’s role in constructing, organizing, managing, and maintaining each spotlight will depend entirely on which payment packages that the company pays for.
Online
An online event on Discord, Twitter Spaces, Zoom, Google Meets, Metaverses, etc.
IRL
An in person event that may be at an ATX DAO event space or an external space provided by the company.
Payment Packages

Companies will pay each fee in their choice of currency (Fiat, Crypto). If they own a membership NFT or trade Redeemable REP Tokens, then they can waive fees.

Considerations
- Cap Spotlight Duration to 2 hours?
- Should there be a flat fee per spotlight?
- Should DAO members vote on a company requesting to gain a SPOTLIGHT? It will help to maintain the integrity and vision of each DAO member and helps tackle fears of the DAO “selling out” to companies. DAO members would be rewarded with REP tokens.
ATX DAO JOB BOARD
The DAO will maintain its own job board or work in partnership with another. This job board can only be seen by DAO members (maybe expand to anyone in the community, I.E. holds REP or simply a member of the Discord server). Therefore, the company can ensure that their posting will be seen and promoted to Austin’s most elite Web3 Visionaries.
Companies will pay X Currency per job posting or if the company owns a membership NFT, then the fee is waived. They can also trade in Redeemable REP to post a job.
Extra Payment required to promote posting on the DAO’s social media platforms.
